This room and the snow look so familiar - enjoy!
Fish philosophy great! I see it as a way of putting energy back to where it can be most used to the benefit of our users. Creating friendly environment where users can actively put ideas and comments about our services.
Customer services is all important in how we 'serve' our library users. FISH is a session we need to be reminded of every few years or so.
