Reading reading reading ....

Hi everybody

So many things to absorb when reading through the various articles. I can definitely identify with the article by Carr on "Is Google making us stupid?". Also need to concentrate extra hard to sit and read through a long article nowadays. Carr says: "Now my concentration often starts to drift after two or three pages." Do you feel the same?

I was also touched by the one on "Censorship and the reading practices of political prisoners in South Africa" by Archie Dick. He has an excellent writing style and it was easy to read this specific article. In fact - it was like reading a chapter from a novel .... Just wanted it to go on and on!

A huge thanks to colleagues from all over who assisted in getting hold of all the articles - it is great to be part of such a team!

Will snuggle up tightly under a blanket tonight and continue with the rest (we had a rainy day in Stellenbosch).
