Research Paper completed
Finally - my research paper has been completed. I was overwhelmed by the masses of information out there - but - in the end can describe it as a very satisfactory experience. The title of my research paper: Will your research assets survive the ravages of time, redundancy, mismanagement and decay? Planning for digital preservation within higher education institutions.

Feedback from Karin and Colin: Will your research assets survive the ravages of
time, redundancy, mismanagement and decay?
Planning for digital preservation within higher education institutions
Thank you for finishing and submitting the research project report that made up part of the requirement for the completion of your participation in the Library Academy of April 2010. First of all, we should like to acknowledge you for your demonstrated commitment and professionalism in timeously carrying out the research and the writing up while working full time in your position at Stellenbosch University.
In our judgement, your paper is a competent piece of work, well-written and appropriately organised. We encourage you to submit it for publication in an international journal such as Library Hi Tech, although you should take note that the title does not appear on the ISI list and will therefore not earn a subsidy for you or your institution. In any case, in that process you will receive detailed peer reviews of your arguments.
We would like to commend you for the time and effort that you put into this work. This is without question an important topic, and we encourage you to continue to work on it, as a well-argued case study supported by strong evidence will undoubtedly be a genuine contribution.
Yours sincerely,
Colin and Karin
